Many of our customer use more water during the summer months with causes there bill to spike during the times of peak useage. One way of helping during these times is called the Summer Sewer program. With this program we average the prior 10 months sewer useage, add 10%, and bill for that amount during the months of June, July, August, and September.
In order to sign up for the Summer Sewer Program you must have had utilities at the location being billed for at least eight months prior to signing up. You can only sign up for Summer Sewer during the month of May. Call Customer Service at 256-233-8750 for more information.
