Budget Billing Information

Utility Bills tend to fluctuate depending on the season and the weather. This can make it difficult to do a household budget. Budget Billing is a voluntary progam where a customer is charged the same amount every month. This amount is based upon your previous 12 month utility bills.

 

In order to be eligible for Budget Billing you must have been a customer at the same location for at least 12 months and have a zero balance on your account.

 

Signups for Budget Billing are only during the month of April. You must come by the Customer Service Office at 508 South Jefferson Street to signup.
