About Athens Utilities

The City of Athens Utilities is a Multi-Service Utility located in Athens Alabama. Athens Utilities provides Electric services to all of Athens and Limestone County, Natural Gas services to Athens and parts of Limestone County, and Water Services in the City of Athens. The City of Athens Utilities is divided into four departments: Electric, Gas, Water Services, and Finance. Athens Utilities is governed by the Athens City Council.

Announcements

Starting April 1st Utility Bills can be paid at Reliance Bank on Capshaw Road in Harvest and the Reliance Bank on County Line Road in Madison. Cash or Checks only.

 

If you are interested in Budget Billing then please come by the Customer Service Office at 508 South Jefferson Street during the month of April to sign up.
